AWS Marketplace Fulfillment

Welcome!  You’ve begun your journey with Simsi by subscribing through the AWS Marketplace. 

Please use this form to submit the contact details for your program lead.  We will then begin the onboarding process with that person, including creating user accounts, loading data, and scheduling your training. 

New users or current users renewing their subscription may access our platform based on their respective geographic locations:

• Canada: ca.simsi.com
• United Kingdom: uk.simsi.com
• All others: rtmdx.simsi.com

Once information is submitted for new subscribers, your onboarding will begin within 72 hours. Renewal subscribers will begin immediately.

You will receive coordination emails from Simsi personnel, account creation notification emails from simsi.com and helpdesk access through support.simsi.com (operated via Zendesk).

Please contact your information technology department and make sure those domains are allow-listed to prevent any delay in communications.  You can always contact us through the email above, at any time during this process.
