Overview
In public safety, “co-production” means going beyond traditional roles to actively engage all stakeholders in developing programs and services. DICE™ views public safety as a shared responsibility, ensuring that everyone—law enforcement, local government, NGOs, and community members—has a part to play in reducing crime and managing risk. The DICE™ workshop provides a hands-on approach to building community-driven crime prevention programs. You’ll learn how to: - Define problems collaboratively with stakeholders. - Design and manage programs tailored to local needs. - Generate knowledge about what works to improve outcomes.
