Job Title: Full-Stack React Developer (Contract/Full-Time)

Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled Full-Stack React Developer with expertise in modern web development technologies to help build and maintain our web apps. This role will involve both frontend and backend development, focusing on creating robust and scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React, Remix, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement backend services with Node.js and TypeORM.
- Collaborate with the design team to turn UI/UX designs into functional applications.
- Ensure responsiveness and performance across multiple devices and browsers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Bonus: Develop and maintain GIS-related features and applications (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Remix.
- Solid understanding of backend development using Node.js and TypeORM.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Ability to write efficient, reusable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong Plus: Experience with GIS technologies (e.g., Leaflet, Mapbox, or similar).

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead with experience in community engagement, government sales/marketing, and ideally GIS. This role will be crucial in crafting and executing strategies that communicate Simsi’s value to both government agencies and the communities they serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that highlight Simsi’s tools in the context of public safety and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth to create messaging that resonates with both government stakeholders and the public.
- Engage with communities to understand their needs and translate those insights into compelling marketing content.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and community organizations.
- Support sales efforts by creating targeted marketing materials and presentations.
- Analyze market trends and feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on community engagement and/or government sectors.
- Strong understanding of public sector dynamics and procurement processes.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with both government and community audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage it for more effective marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
