It’s Grant Season: Act Now to Secure Funding for Your Initiatives

Grant season is here, and with it comes a wealth of opportunities to secure funding for public safety, justice reform, and community initiatives. The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) is offering a variety of grants through the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the National Institute of Justice (NIJ). These grants provide critical resources to drive innovation, improve justice outcomes, and address pressing community needs.

  1. FY25 Smart Reentry: Housing Demonstration Program

  1. Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP) – FY 2025

  1. FY25 Justice Counts State Partnership Grants and Training and Technical Implementation Assistance Program

The FY25 Justice Counts State Partnership Grants program aims to support the adoption and implementation of Justice Counts, a component of the Justice Reinvestment Initiative. The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) encourages collaboration with the field to address emerging or chronic crime problems and justice system challenges. The program is divided into two categories: (1) state, local, or tribal innovations partnered with research, and (2) national or regional strategies aimed at advancing or translating knowledge to address these issues.
